Marc had been building ML-powered web apps since 2015, and Daniel had run GoTo Meeting's massively scaled web client. They met at Marc's startup, Understand.ai, where testing bottlenecks kept draining time and money. When genAI breakthroughs hit in early 2023, the solution clicked: combine Daniel's product vision with Marc's ML chops to finally automate the painful parts of end-to-end testing. Some people think Al will take jobs away from people. We disagree. Our mission is to provide the technology that allows us, humans, to focus on creative work that only we can do. By delegating unproductive work to Al (machines), we can increase society's productivity as a whole. Autify was founded in 2016 in San Francisco. We joined Alchemist Accelerator under the name Beehive with the goal of solving a burning need in software testing. After interviewing 70+ prospects and finding a burning need in the software industry, we graduated from the Alchemist Accelerator and launched Autify NoCode, the AI-powered nocode test automation product. 2020 marked a year of significant growth for Autify as we were widely adopted by over 200 companies. Seeing our growth, Autify managed to raise $10M for series A funding from investors. Armed with new funds, we aimed to expand and launched Autify NoCode for Mobile, a product meant to help customers with mobile application testing. We continued to grow and expand internationally. In 2024, Autify secured Series B funding for $13M and launched Autify Genesis, an Autonomous AI Agent aimed to generate test cases and test scripts. Ryo has been worked in software development for over ten years. Having worked as a software engineer in Japan, Singapore, and San Francisco, he has developed a #1 social game at DeNA, led product development as a product engineer at Viki in Singapore, moved to San Francisco to participate in a local startup as an initial member. He founded Autify, Inc. in 2016. Takayuki developed and operated a social game software targeted towards overseas users at DeNA. He joined FiNC Technologies in 2014, launching services for corporations and managing PM and the quality department. As the executive officer VP of Engineering, he oversaw product development and organizational management of the entire company. In July 2020, he was appointed as COO at Autify Inc. Thomas has 16 years of experience as a software engineer and a technical leader, having worked in France, Australia, and Canada in various industries, including telecommunications, nuclear waste logistics and medical imaging. He was the Director of Application at SSENSE, the largest fashion commerce retailer in Canada, and joined Autify in 2022 as VP of Engineering. He has managed many engineers and worked to develop no-code test automation technologies that utilize AI and emerging technologies. Chiharu joined Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC in 2012, worked in audit and consulting mainly for startups, and helped several companies go public in Japan.
